2. A clean, precise opening. We cut the opening to the exact size for your door — no bigger — through the brick and the interior wall.
3. Framing for strength. The opening is framed so it's solid and square, giving the pet door a rigid, lasting home that won't flex over time.
4. Sealing against the weather. This is where experience really shows. We fully weather-seal and insulate the assembly so there's no draft and no water path — the same standard that keeps a pet door from making your home cold.
5. Finishing both sides. Inside and out, the trim and finish are done so the door looks built-in, not bolted-on. On brick especially, a clean exterior finish is what separates a professional job from an obvious afterthought.
